Shipping policy

All ‘The Nature Narrator’ products come in branded packaging.
All orders are packaged to a high standard, padded with tissue paper and protective packaging.

Postage costs include either a bubble-wrapped jiffy bag or a sturdy mailer for postage

All parcels are sent tracked/signed for.

Items will be dispatched within 3 - 10 working days of the order being placed and payment being made.
Please note - if you would like an order to be delivered for a certain date / occasion,
please let us know.

Parcels will be sent via Royal Mail.

Please contact us if your shipping address needs amending, unfortunately it cannot be amended if the order has been shipped.

International Shipping
For delivery within the EU, please allow up to 14 working days from dispatch.

For delivery to the rest of the world, please allow up to 28 days from dispatch.

Please note We are not responsible for customs delays or charges.
Please also note that some countries have stricter import policies than others.
Should your item be banned by customs I cannot take responsibility.
